Bloomfield College of Montclair State University campus members and alumni received a warm welcome at Homecoming 2023 held on the Montclair campus. The day was filled with fun games, good food, tailgating, a street fair and more.

Planned merger took effect July 1. The renamed “Bloomfield College of Montclair State University” will provide an affordable, high-quality liberal arts education in a supportive, personalized environment.
U.S. News & World Report’s 2024 Best Collegesrankings list Montclair as No. 7 in the nation in social mobility and No. 11 in graduation rate performance.
Bloomfield College has established three new graduate programs. The three new programs join the Master of Science in Accounting and the Joint Bachelor/Master in Accounting program which launched in 2016.
Unlike the previously offered concentration, which only allowed for a few courses in the discipline, the BBA in HRM will allow students to get full exposure to the HR field.
Bloomfield College will welcome Joyce Carol Oates, D.F.A. (hon. '10) to campus on Monday, November 6, at 6:00 p.m. in the Robert V. Van Fossan Theatre.
Eight McNair Scholars presented their findings to members of the Bloomfield College community and their peers. The day also honored the Program’s namesake, Dr. Ronald E. McNair.
